As of September 2014 two units, 5-01 serial number SN0231 and 5-02 serial number SN0276, under trials on landing ship San Giusto (L9894), active in Mare Nostrum operation. Early trials performed from frigate Bersagliere (F584). Currently operated by Italian Navy pilots from GRUPELICOT 4 (4° Gruppo Elicotteri - 4th helicopters group) based in Grottaglie.
