Airbus Helicopters, August 01, 2014 - Sydney – Leading regional helicopter company, Airbus Group Australia Pacific has partnered with international yachting company Fraser Yachts to display a new EC130T2 on board luxury yacht Ophelia at the 2014 Sydney Superyacht Show.
The EC130T2 is the latest variant of the popular EC130. The T2 is already well regarded as a roomy and reliable helicopter with a smooth and silent ride. A single-engine helicopter with the latest technology and an expansive modular cabin, the T2 can accommodate 1 pilot plus up to 7 passengers. It is acknowledged as the quietest helicopter on the market thanks to its Fenestron tail rotor and automatic variable rotor speed control which produce significantly reduced noise compared to other helicopters.
