The Strategy contains the mission, vision, values and strategic goals of PGZ in the long perspective. “We are proud of the strategy we developed. It is an ambitious and realistic plan based on the results of profound analyses of the companies belonging to PGZ and to the Group’s external environment.
In order to design the strategy, we employed a completely pioneer solution in the Polish armaments sector: we engaged more than 150 specialists from our companies in the preparation, making use of their experience in the industry.
