PZL-Mielec, August 30, 2019 - Warsaw - During this year's MSPO Exhibition, which will be held in Kielce on September, Lockheed Martin will emphasize its more than 20 years of position as a reliable partner in the field of Poland's defense and security and the perspective for the next 20 years.
The company, which sponsors the United States National Exhibition this year, will present the largest exposure in the history of its presence at MSPO. Three separate exhibitions will present current and future technologies offered for the defense needs of Poland and NATO.
The full-size model of the F-35A fighter will be presented at the exhibition for the first time in Poland. You will also see the latest Black Hawk battlefield support helicopter, built in Poland, selected air and missile defense systems and precision fire systems.
Lockheed Martin works with 10 Polish universities to inspire future generations of engineers and scientists. The company's partnership with universities will be represented by students of the Warsaw University of Technology. An example of the University of Technology's work in the field of unmanned aerial systems will be part of the Lockheed Martin stand at MSPO.

The focal point of Lockheed Martin's operations in Poland is the PZL Mielec plant, which is the company's largest production plant outside the United States.
This week, PZL Mielec, one of the Polish export leaders, celebrated the completion of the 500th Black Hawk helicopter cabin intended for global markets this week. The plant also produced 50 complete Black Hawk helicopters for domestic and foreign customers.
The company, which has recently acquired the largest export order to date for 16 Black Hawk helicopters for the Philippines, has seen sales increase by 500 percent over the past 10 years.
