Apollo MedFlight

Established 2010, Apollo MedFlight is an air medical transport service headquartered in Amarillo, Texas, providing 24-hour emergency and non-emergency air and ground medical transportation across the United States. Accredited by CAMTS, operates a fleet of rotor-wing (helicopters) and fixed-wing (airplanes) aircraft across multiple states, including Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Kansas, and others.

Apollo MedFlight provides aviation support, pilots, maintenance, and operations while partners may handle branding, ground EMS integration, or local coordination. Some partnerships includes :

- Dallam Hartley Counties Hospital District (Texas): Partnership since around 2022 for emergency air transport services, including a base in Dalhart with preferred provider status and arrangements for free/no-cost flights to residents in some cases.
- BSA (Baptist St. Anthony's Health System) in Amarillo, Texas: Long-term collaboration since at least 2018 for fixed-wing air medical transport (especially neonatal/ high-risk obstetrics), and helicopter services.
- HCA Healthcare (in Houston/south Texas region): Partnership for integrating air medical transport with HCA facilities, including bases in areas like Livingston, Pearland, and Liberty.
- CHI Health St. Francis (Nebraska, Grand Island area): Apollo operates a base there (as a "sister" program to AirCare), with seamless backup and joint operations alongside other local services.
