Flexjet

Established in 1995 as a division of Bombardier Aerospace, Flexjet is an American provider of private aviation leasing and charter services, now owned by a private investment firm. The company expanded significantly into the helicopter sector in 2021 through the acquisition of two operators: U.K.-based Halo Aviation and U.S.-based Associated Aircraft Group.

Flexjet is headquartered in Richmond Heights, Ohio, at Cuyahoga County Airport (CGF), where it inaugurated a $50 million, 243,000-square-foot global headquarters and Global Operations Control Center in September 2023. While corporate management is based in Ohio, its helicopter division maintains a strong operational presence at Sikorsky Memorial Airport in Stratford, Connecticut. In Europe, Flexjet’s headquarters are located in London’s Mayfair (Flexjet House), supported by a tactical control center at Farnborough Airport in the United Kingdom.
