Established in 1987 as Heli-Service Mitte. Their EMS services department was sold to ADAC Air Rescue in 1998. From 1999 HeliService international GmbH, based in Northern Germany operates a fleet of S-76, AgustaWestland Grand, AW139/169, and MBB Bo105/Bk117 helicopters on missions in Northern Europe, Antarctica and the Arctic.
