11th Expeditionary Combat Aviation Brigade

11th ECAB

Established 2007

The 11th ECAB is part of US Army Reserve Aviation Command (ARAC) and headquartered at Fort Carson, Colorado. It traces its origins back to the 11th Aviation Group which was deactivated in Illesheim, Germany in 2004.

Since 2016 and as of 2021, the 11th ECAB units are :
- HHC, 11th ECAB at Fort Carson, CO -
- 1-158 AVN ( Air Assault ) at Conroe, TX ( UH-60 Black Hawk)
- 8-229 AVN ( Air assault ) at Fort Knox, KY (UH-60 Black Hawk)
- 6-52 AVN ( Theater Forward Battalion) at Los Alamitos, CA
