As of 2016 op by Air Methods :

- AirCare 1 : EC135 at the Davidson County Airport in Davidson County
- AirCare 2 : EC130 at the Elkin Airport in Surry County
- AirCare 3 : EC130 at the Blue Ridge Airport in Henry County VA

From May 2018, operated by Metro Aviation. EC130 replaced by EC135P2+
