Established 1987, the Bristow Academy was one of the world’s largest commercial helicopter training providers, with a global customer base that spans over 120 countries completing 45,000 training flight hours annually with a fleet of more than 50 aircraft.
The Academy's main campus was in Titusville, Florida. Additional training facilities were located in Carson City, Nevada, and Gloucester, England in partnership with Helicentre
In late 2017, Bristow sold the academy to a group of investors who changed the name to US Aviation Training Solutions (USATS) on February 25, 2019
