The Cal-Ore administrative office and ground ambulance crew quarters in Brookings, Oregon opened in 2003. In 2007, the Cal-Ore air program became CAMTS accredited. In December 2012, Cal-Ore announced a merger with REACH Air Medical Services, based in Santa Rosa, California now part of GMR
