GKN Fokker is a Dutch aerospace company and a subsidiary of the UK-based engineering group GKN Aerospace, specializing in aerostructures, wiring systems, and aircraft support services. Formed after GKN’s acquisition of Fokker Technologies in 2015, the company continues the legacy of the historic Dutch aircraft manufacturer Fokker, which dates back to 1919. Headquartered in the Netherlands, GKN Fokker operates major facilities in Hoogeveen, Papendrecht, and Helmond, supplying advanced composite structures, landing gear components, and electrical wiring interconnection systems (EWIS) for commercial, business, and military aircraft programs. Its products are used on platforms from major OEMs including Airbus, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, and Dassault, while the company also provides maintenance, modification, and support services for regional and special-mission aircraft.
