They serve eastern Washington, northern Idaho, western Montana and eastern Oregon. Operated by Metro Aviation since 1994. On April 2016 integrated into Life Flight Network

Life Flight Network New Base at Newport Oregon, 04-Mar-17 : Life Flight Network will operate an Airbus H135 medical helicopter at Newport Municipal Airport, Oregon. The new base will be staffed 24/7 and create approximately 15 new jobs
