Signia Aerospace

Signia Aerospace is a global, integrated provider of high-performance systems and specialized components for the aerospace industry. With its corporate offices located in Westminster, Colorado, the company operates through two main business segments: Thermal Management and Mission Systems. Formed in 2021 by Arcline Investment Management, it has grown through a series of acquisitions to bring together a portfolio of established aerospace brands.

The Thermal Management segment focuses on designing and manufacturing environmental control systems, heat exchangers, and related components for both military and commercial aircraft. Its Mission Systems segment provides specialized equipment for rotorcraft, including cargo hooks, rescue hoists, and human external cargo (HEC) systems. Signia's products are used in a variety of critical roles, such as firefighting, search and rescue, and disaster relief.

Onboard Systems serves as the founding brand within its Mission Systems business segment.
