2011-may-18	Deployment	Deployment Changi Exhibition Centre IMDEX Asia 2011 Present for IMDEX Asia 2011 exhibition.
2016-feb	Refit	Refit Henderson ASMD Programme departed BAE Systems Henderson Shipyard following completion of Anti-Ship Missile Defence upgrade, which indluded new midship mast for the CEA Phased Array Radar and preparing for MRH-90 operations.
2016-mar	Deployment	Deployment departed Fleet Base West for 6 month Pacific deployment, which included participation in RIMPAC exercises. Returned 21 Sep.
2017-apr	Deployment	Deployment departed Fleet Base West for 4 month South East Asia deployment
2018-nov	Deployment	Deployment deployed to Middle East and Gulf for 9 months on Operation Manitou and returned to Fleet Base West on 14 July 2019.
2021-apr-23	Deployment	Deployment N Bali Basin Scene of search Transit of Lombok Strait to search for missing Indonesia submarine KRI Nanggala, and join with HMAS Sirius which is due to arrive on 26/27 Apr.
