1980	CH-46D	2253	153359 : Dec70 crewed this as the primary VIP plane with HMM-263 at Marble Mt, Vietnam. Was 1 of 6 aircraft with eps air cleaners for testing in Viet Nam. worked great
1980	CH-46D	2285	153387 : I was aboard the USS Constellation (CV-64) and getting out of the Navy on 04aug80. Flew onto the Wichita via H-46 early that day for later transfer to Diego Garcia. Pretty sure I flew in on the same helicopter that went down; as the other H-46 was down for maintenance. Participated in the search and rescue efforts and remembered one survivor that had been in water close to 24 hours
1980	CH-46D	2381	154030 : transf to HMM-161 at MCAS Futenma, Okinawa, Japan; w/o 19dec80 crashed in the Northern Training area after hitting logging wire. Pilot in Command Captain Oden was killed all other crew survived
