Senior Taxi Aereo from May07 w/o 19aug11 over campos basin while serving Petrobas on route from P-65 offshore oil platform to Macae Airport (SBME) After takeoff, one of the tail rotor blades separated from the aircraft, hampering control of the aircraft by the crew.
