The Changhua Ph 1 SE windfarm consists of 75 turbines spread across 109 km2 in waters between c 30m and 50m deep, generating just over 605MW. The 3 cables make landfall near Lukang. The system was commissioned in Apr 2024 and is remotely controlled and maintained from Taichung.
