Developed 1989 to 1993 by Hamilton and operations moved to BP in 1998. By 2006, half of the wells had ceased and future of field was being examined. Well remediation work in Jul - Oct 2010 revitalised production from this northwestern segment of the field. The Ravenspurn North, Ravenspurn South and Cleeton gas production facilities were divested by BP to Perenco in 2012.
