Tower Bridge Upper is a Port of London Authority mooring on the S side of the River Thames, between London Bridge and Tower Bridge. The site has the Imperial War Museums HMS Belfast permanently moored there and visiting ships tie up on its riverward side. Arrivals and departures can be entertaining, as the downstream Tower Bridge road decks generally need to lift, to let the vessels move.
