SAR conversion of three CH-46E by NARF Cherry Point for VMR-1, MCAS Cherry Point, NC during 2008. One additional airframe converted in 2011. Slated to remain in service until 2014 when SAR mission will be assumed by HH-1Y.
Pedro, retired on September 2015 were the last Sea Knight helicopters to served under MoD
