The Korean Marine Attack Helicopter (KMAH) was unveiled for the first time at the Seoul Air Show ADEX 2021. It is derived from the Marine Utility Helicopter (MUH) and has been chosen in April 2021 by the Republic of Korea Marine Corps (ROKMC or ROK Marines) as their upcoming attack helicopter.
In October 2022, KAI was awarded a $300 million contract to develop the helicopter and build three prototypes
19-Jun-23 - KAI has chosen GE Aerospace Health and Usage Monitoring System (HUMS) for the new Korean Marine Attack Helicopter (KMAH). GE has previously supplied over 250 HUMS systems for the Korean Utility Helicopter (KUH) Surion, which serves as the basis for the KMAH #KMAH
