Government first
announced purchase of new helicopters in August 2018.
First one, a second-hand Ke from Panama, arrived March 2019 following two more next month. These helicopters were acquired using replacement insurance for lost aircraft, a December 2017 Atlas Cheetah and a March 2015 T-34C crashes
