    Waypoint Leased New AW139 and Bell 412 to Caverton, 26-Feb-15 : Waypoint has reached an agreement with Caverton Helicopters to lease one new AgustaWestland AW139 and one Bell 412EP to be operated in Nigeria supporting onshore and offshore oil and gas operations

    Nigeria Caverton AW139 with CAE training centre, 11-Jun-14 : Montreal, Canada - CAE today announced that it has signed an agreement with African-based Caverton Helicopters to provide training centre operation services over six years.

    Three More AW139s to Caverton Nigeria, 05-Mar-13 : AgustaWestland, a Finmeccanica company, is pleased to announce that Caverton Helicopters has signed a contract for an additional three AW139 helicopters to support new clients in the West African sub-region.

    Caverton is Authorized Service Centre in Nigeria, 11-Jul-12 : AgustaWestland, a Finmeccanica company, is pleased to announce that Caverton Helicopters of Nigeria has been appointed an AgustaWestland Authorized Service Centre for the AW139 intermediate twin helicopter in Nigeria. Caverton’s Service Centre based in West Africa’s commercial hub, Lagos, will provide maintenance and repair services and an extensive a spare parts inventory for the type, offering an even greater level of service to AW139 operators across the region

    DanCopter Takes Delivery of its First AW139 Helicopter, 13-Dec-11 : AgustaWestland, a Finmeccanica company, is pleased to announce that DanCopter, a Blueway AS company, has taken delivery of the first of five AW139 medium twin helicopters. This aircraft will be used for offshore transport operations in Nigeria. An initial order for three AW139s was placed in 2010 which was followed by contracts for two additional units signed earlier this year. The orders are part of a Framework Agreement covering the purchase of a total of five AW139s with options for an additional four.
