Ecocopter became the first Chilean charter operator to introduce the Airbus H145 into the country's utility aviation market in February 2018. Initially deployed in support of high-altitude mining operations, the helicopter accumulated its first 1,000 flight hours by early 2021. As demand for utility and corporate transport services grew, Ecocopter expanded its H145 fleet with a second aircraft in 2021 and a five-bladed H145 D3 in 2023. Today, the H145 fleet supports a wide range of missions across Chile, Peru and Ecuador, including mining, utility, passenger transport and other specialized aerial operations.
