CHC Brazil announced 7-months contract for Jacarepagua based S-92 supporting Shell’s exploration and appraisal activities in the Brava Star platform in the Gato do Mato and Alto de Cabo Frio fields





New Contract for CHC Brazil S-92 from Shell
CHC, June 28, 2019 - Rio de Janeiro, Brazil – CHC Brazil, part of CHC Group, today announced a new contract supporting Shell’s exploration and appraisal activities in Brazil.

This short-term agreement will last seven months with options for extension and serve the Brava Star platform supporting the Gato do Mato and Alto de Cabo Frio fields.

“We are pleased to continue our ongoing relationship with Shell in Latin America (LAM),” said Carlos Madaleno, CHC’s regional director for LAM. “We have been focused on providing short and long-term solutions that are carefully tailored to our customer’s specific project needs and continue to see strong results from this approach.”

The project will be supported by the Sikorsky S-92 aircraft and be based out of CHC’s Jacarepagua airport facility.
