Swiss Helicopter, June 30, 2021 - Agno/Gordola - Eliticino-Tarmac SA and the Swiss Helicopter AG Gordola branch have been working together successfully since 2006.
On the occasion of the 15th anniversary of this strategic partnership, Eliticino-Tarmac SA will be integrated into the Swiss Helicopter AG as of 1 July 2021.
The significantly strengthened “Swiss Helicopter Region Ticino" together with its sister regions "Ostschweiz”, “Zentralschweiz", "Berner Oberland" and
"Bern/Westschweiz" forms the Swiss Helicopter AG.
The management of the «Ticino» region will be taken over by Rolf Marending, the long-standing managing director of Eliticino-Tarmac SA. Rolf Marending has led Eliticino-Tarmac SA with great commitment and successfully established the enterprise in the Ticino market. He is a proven leader and well connected in Ticino.
Thanks to this merger, our customers will benefit from the fact that all services in the areas of passenger and transport flights, as well as pilot training and the flight school, will be offered from a single source at our locations in Agno and Gordola.
