Airbus Helicopters, June 07, 2019 - Airbus Helicopters Canada has delivered an H125 helicopter to Forest Helicopters based in Kenora, Ontario.
The newly delivered H125 will support a variety of utility missions including firefighting, diamond drill support, powerline maintenance, wildlife services, airborne geophysics (bird towing) and precision aerial construction.
In order to enhance safety in operation, the H125 is equipped with dual-channel FADEC, rupture-resistant fuel systems and dual hydraulics.
Optional equipment chosen includes hi-vis rotor blades, cargo pods, hi-vis doors, cargo mirror and an enlarged floor window for sling operations.
Forest operates out of a well equipped main facility located in Kenora, Ontario and works out of a base located in Pickle Lake.
