The survey constituted a vital component of a comprehensive group-wide initiative designed to gain insights into employees’ perceptions of the organization. It was deployed to its more than 1700 employees, in those affiliates with a minimum employee threshold to ensure both confidentiality and anonymity. Specifically, the survey targeted Omni Táxi Aéreo and Revo in Brazil, OHI in Portugal, and OHGI in Guyana, the latter a first for the country.
