OMNI, August 15, 2024 - Another international operation successfully completed! At the end of June, we terminated the contract in Argentina, in support of the exploratory operation of the CAN block, located 300 km from the city of Mar del Plata.
The mission was a partnership with the local helicopter operator Helicopteros Marinos, which provided all commercial, logistical, customs and ANAC support.
Omni fulfilled the contract with two AW139 helicopters, in addition to a team composed of pilots, mechanics, flight coordinators and all the technical support necessary for the operation.
There were 64 days of operation, in crew class change and search and rescue (SAR).
In all, 111 regular flights were carried out in 239 hours flown and with 1,228 passengers transported. Operational availability was 100% in both aircraft, with no accidents or incidents recorded.
