Hayward and Green Defence, September 22, 2025 - H&G is delighted to announce our most recent acquisition: thirteen complete AW109S, joining our world-beating, quality assured, in-house part-out programme.
Recently arrived from Europe, all components will be removed by our licensed engineers before a full quality-assured inspection at third party OEM and FAA / EASA / CAA approved MRO facilities.
They will then be tagged and ready to ship worldwide via our HMRC authorised UK Customs Warehouse.
The project will see over 13,000 components released and re-certified, creating an unbeatable exchange pool for every major rotable part. In addition, the acquisition will give rise to a PW207C Powerplant Support Programme.
Jeremy Green, Hayward & Green CEO, said
“Since 2017 we have invested over $10m across multiple civil and military Leonardo helicopter platforms. Our aim is to provide immediate, world-leading spare parts support, in line with our founding ethos of keeping aircraft flying.
Buoyed by our recent purchases of an AW109SP and two AW109E airframes, our latest acquisition of thirteen more aircraft firmly places us as market leader of ‘In Stock’ component support for the global AW109S and AW109SP market.
Material will be available in Q3 2025 for exchange and outright sale, ex-stock UK and tagged by our EASA/FAA/CAA/OEM approved partner MRO facilities”
