To revamp its services to its dealers and clientele in 2020, FreeFlight updated its operations in November to include repair services within its sales team. Through restructuring its operation, Vice President of Sales and Marketing Ashley Ring commented that FreeFlight now delivers a considerable increase in reactive customer support that has already provided economic gains for its network of successful worldwide aviation professionals.
"What 2020 brought to us was an opportunity to deliver more to our partners and to focus on FreeFlight's objectives," said Ring. "To us, it’s not just about selling the product. We are here to support all aspects of our avionic technologies and services, as we ultimately want to see our partners benefit and prosper.
