Did you know?
Developed by Starlink, the world s largest satellite internet constellation consists of thousands of low Earth orbit (LEO) satellites providing broadband connectivity across much of the globe. Unlike traditional geostationary satellite systems, which orbit at approximately 36,000 km, Starlink satellites operate at around 550 km altitude, significantly reducing latency and improving connection speeds. The system has become increasingly popular among helicopter operators, emergency responders, offshore operators, and remote utility crews because it can provide reliable internet access in locations where terrestrial communications infrastructure is limited or unavailable.
