History C/N Tracking

Established 2010 after acquiring Helisud Morocco in March 2008. They provide aerial work throughout Morocco and throughout the sub-region. In 2012 they acquired French JCE Helicopters and its subsidiary HeliChallenge.

In March 2015 was appointed as an AgustaWestland Authorized Service Centre for the AW139.

The Helicopter Company (THC) acquired a 76% majority stake in Heliconia on November 17, 2025.
