Messerschmitt Bölkow Blohm was form in 1968 and established itself as a world helicopter manufacturer leader with their Bo105 model. In 1989 was bought by Deutsche Aerospace AG (DASA) which in turn became part of the European Aeronautic Defence and Space Company ( EADS ) in 2000.
