Formed to establish radar calibration duties on 1 Jul 1940 at Duxford. Varied assortment of airframes including C.30A autogiros. Redesignated 5 Radio Servicing Section Calibration Flight on 16 Oct 1940. Disbanded 16 Feb 1941 to form 74 Wing Calibration Flight.
