I have two enveloped mailed with Canal Zone stamps affixed, sent from Albrook Rescue Coordination Center, Det 2, 39 ARRWg, APO New York 09020, one postmarked 7Dec72 at Albrook AFB and the other 16Nov73 at Balboa, CZ. So we know 39 ARRWg was working in the Canal Zone in 1972-3 at Albrook, which isn't listed above in the website. APO 09020 must have been an "MAO" (mail address only) APO number, because APO numbers beginning with 09 are assigned to Army and AF military post offices in Europe (via New York) - codes starting with 34... are used for central America (via Miami). History on Wiki shows this unit belonged to MAC to support SAC (at least in some places), so I have to presume, with all of the airplanes MAC has, that mail from the US went to APO Europe and MAC had no trouble re-routing it by air quickly to its detachment in Panama
