Located in Little Rock, Arkansas Children's Hospital (ACH) coordinates with a network of local hospitals to respond to cases that require an expertise in infant and child medical care.
The Hospital's Angel One unit was established 1985 with a single Bell 206. In 1987 was replaced with a new Bo105 which served until 1997. Since 1992 the air medical unit have been using S-76 helicopters. Started with S-76A, upgraded to S-76C+ in 2002 and finally to S-76D in 2015.
Since 2003, Arkansas Children's Hospital own and operates the helicopters having direct control over aircraft operations and the ability to hire pilots and maintenance technicians
