Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia (RFDS, The Flying Doctor) is a non-profit air ambulance which primarly serves those living in rural, remote and regional areas of Australia. Operates a large fleet of fixed-wing aircraft and as of 2016 owns 67 turbo-props operating from 23 bases.
In 2021 added 2 former German air rescue EC145 helicopters
