AirMed Air Medical Services
Established June 1978, University of Utah Health's AirMed was the eighth air medical transport program in the nation. Nowadays covers one of the largest geographical areas routinely transporting patients from Colorado, Wyoming, Nevada, Montana, Idaho and Utah.
03-Dec-18 - Association of Air Medical Services (AAMS) announced its 2018 awards. Carilion Clinic Life-Guard received the Program of the Year Award particularly for their work with the Haiti Air Ambulance. Other services honored were Mercy Flight WNY, Maryland State Police, PHI Air Medical, Life Lion, Ascension Wisconsin, Boston MedFlight and Utah Airmed #AAMS2018
