Crashed 12 miles ENE of Bacton, Norfolk on 13 August 1981. All 2 crew and 11 passengers were killed

Following this accident on 13 Aug 1981 while returning from the Leman field to Bacton and the earlier one to G-ATCA, led to the withdrawal of the type from service with Bristow.
