The Kazan Helicopters Ansat (Tatar: light, easy) is a 8-seats light helicopter powered by Pratt & Whitney Canada turboshaft engines. First flew on August 17, 1999 with an official ceremony held on October 6.
The Ansat 2RC, an armed reconnaissance variant, first flew on July 29, 2005.

As of 2020, more than 90 Ansat helicopters have been delivered to Russian customers, of which about 40 are participating in the program for the development of air ambulance in the Russian Federation.
