Turkish Aerospace Industries T929 ATAK-2

The Multirole Heavy Combat Helicopter (MHCH or Atak 2) mockup was first displayed at the International Defense Industry Fair IDEF-2019.

The ATAK-2 was named T929 and first flew on April 28, 2023. The 11-ton 5-bladed helicopter is powered by a twin turboshaft 2,500-horsepower TV3-117VMA-SBM1V Series 1 engine made in Ukraine
