Sikorsky S-76

The S-76 was the first Sikorsky model designed purely for corporate and business use. Is a mid size helicopter capable for 2 pilots and 12 passengers that found its niche in the oil industry as a rig support aircraft. Based on the experience gained on the S-70 Black Hawk, started development as the S-74 until was redesignated S-76 Spirit in honor of the U.S. Bicentennial. The S-76 grown in successives improved variants since the first flight on March 13, 1977
