In 2012 a new upgrade program was started in order to convert the 15 helicopters to the TH06 standard with an updated avionics suite and glass cockpit which is virtually identical to the layout used by the Cougars and first introduced in 2001. The program is due to be completed by RUAG by the end of 2014.
