MENOMINEE, Michigan — Enstrom Helicopter Corporation has signed a letter of intent with DSA Aviation Company and LOM PRAHA to expand their collaboration and strengthen customer support across Europe.
Under the agreement, DSA Aviation becomes Enstrom's primary regional importer for aircraft, spare parts and support services in Europe.
The company already represents Enstrom in the Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Greece, Cyprus, North Macedonia, Albania, Bulgaria and Romania, and will now provide broader regional product representation and technical support.
LOM PRAHA will work alongside DSA Aviation by providing component overhaul services, with additional areas of cooperation expected to be announced in the future.

The agreement was formalized during a signing ceremony held in May, attended by Enstrom Senior Vice President Charles Wade, United States Ambassador to the Czech Republic Nicholas Merrick, LOM PRAHA Director Jiří Protiva and representatives from the participating organizations.

The expanded partnership is intended to improve access to maintenance services, spare parts and technical support for Enstrom operators throughout Europe while strengthening the manufacturer's long-term presence in the region.
