PHI Aviation Pursues Growth Agenda
PHI, January 26, 2021 - PHI Aviation has announced an expanded Commercial and Business Development team to support its growth strategy for 2021, which includes a focus on safety, driving innovative customer solutions and diversification.

Keith Mullett, Managing Director of PHI Aviation, said that the changes were critical to driving new ways to better partner with both its existing and future customers.

“The new structure ensures that we have dedicated resources to provide global account management, to develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs and to apply our experience and expertise in new areas to help customers drive for improved performance and efficiencies,” he said.

“Our customers place their trust in us every day as we support their operations in some of the most hazardous flying conditions in the world. “Our highest priority is to provide to our customers the highest levels of safety, quality and service and deliver the expertise to find unique solutions to their situations.”

Cory Latiolais has been appointed Chief Commercial Officer, PHI Aviation, reporting to Managing Director, Keith Mullett. Cory has worked in every facet of PHI’s business over the past 23 years and brings a proven track record of leadership to the new role. As Chief Commercial Officer, Cory will drive customer service innovations and manage global relationships. Most recently, Cory successfully served as Senior Vice President, Commercial and Business Development, leading business development functions across the organisation.

Travis Latiolais has been appointed Vice President, Commercial and Business Development. He will be responsible for partnering with PHI’s current and future customers, creating innovative solutions and further diversifying PHI’s breadth of offerings. Travis will focus on opportunities in the areas of Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO), Government Services, Offshore Wind, and Fleet Leasing. He has extensive experience in creating, implementing, and managing programs for multiple helicopter operators, and OEM’s.

Travis also has experience leading programs at Bristow, RLC, Airbus Helicopters and most recently as Vice President at Pathfinder Aviation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics, Management from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.

Chelsea Royall, Capture Manager, has recently been promoted. She will focus on developing proposals and award strategies through market research and analysis, evaluation of opportunity risks and rewards, and proposal management, including integration of key department support. She also drives contract negotiations to finalization and implementation. Joey White, Business Development Manager, will continue in his current role in support of key customer relationships and interfaces.

Cory Clark has joined PHI’s commercial team as the Business Development Analyst. In this newly formed role, Cory will be responsible for preparing business analysis and reporting, cost/bid models, standardized reporting, and development of KPI’s to support the business development group.

He spent the last few years at American Airlines partnering with leaders across various divisions. Most recently he held a role in their safety department where he focused on advancing safety initiatives for identifying initiatives to help them meet their strategic goals. Cory has an MBA from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Cory Latiolais will split his time between Houston and Lafayette. Travis, Chelsea and Cory will be based in Lafayette and Joey in Houston.
