Helis, November 08, 2018 - Skyline Aviation Group, an helicopter operator of the Newcastle and the Hunter Valley region's announced acquisition of 11 former Royal Australian Navy S-70B-2 Seahawk helicopters
The "Bravo" Seahawks first entered service in 1989 and 16 were used by 816 Squadron until replaced by the "Romeo" variant from 2013. The last one was retired last year.
No plans have yet been announced but firefighting is the most likely future for these aircraft
