Ultimate Aviation Group, August 16, 2023 - Offshore Helicopter Services UK (OHS UK) have signed a new multi-year contract extension with Serica Energy.
The five-year deal with potential for further extensions, takes the relationship between partners at least beyond eight years. Serica will use H175 and S-92 aircraft to service their current North Sea operations, in particular the Bruce platform.
Offshore Helicopters UK was acquired by Ultimate Aviation Group in April this year.
