UTair is the 4th largest provider of helicopter services in the world and the leading helicopter operator in Russia.
As of 2011 UTair helicopter fleet surpass 230 aircraft with a vast majority of Mi-8/Mi-17 but also including two AS350 B3s, one AS355N and four BO105s in Russia, along with an AS350 B3 operated by its subsidiary in India.
